TERMS OF SERVICE

- Eligibility: By using our services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Service Availability: I reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any services at any time, with or without notice.
- Mentorship and Healing Services: All mentorship, intuitive healing sessions (Tarot, Crystal Healing, etc.), and transformation programs are provided as guidance and support. Results may vary based on individual circumstances, and we make no guarantees regarding outcomes. Please note: I am not a licensed medical or legal professional, and nothing provided in these services should be interpreted as medical, legal, or psychological advice. All services are intended for personal and entertainment purposes only.
- Tattoo Services: All tattoo services are provided in a professional, safe, and hygienic environment. You agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided by us to ensure the longevity and healing of your tattoo.
- Workshops and Programs: Participation in our workshops, programs, and online memberships (such as the Perennial Archetype Online Membership and The Art of Alignment) is voluntary. You agree to actively engage with the content and respect the program guidelines.
- Payment: All services must be paid in full or as agreed upon at the time of booking. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and other methods specified.
- Deposits and Cancellations: For certain services, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
- Refunds: Due to the nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable.
- Respect and Conduct: You agree to engage respectfully with our team and other clients. Any disruptive behavior, harassment, or violation of our policies may result in the termination of services.
- Personal Health and Safety: For services involving physical transformation (tattoo), mentorship, or intuitive healing, you are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, allergies, or health concerns that may affect your participation in our services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guided By The Moon Co. and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
All personal information shared with us will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be disclosed without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time if you violate any of these Terms of Service.
I may update these Terms of Service periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services will indicate your acceptance of these updated terms.
